    1. Thanks so much!
P.S.The button rug is from Ikea, it was on sale last week. Maybe it´s the same where you live?

  6. First off, I have to say I love your Brr quilt so far. Those polar bears look so good in stars. I think this might be my favorite quilt you've made. I like how it's a little bright, maybe because of the white in the fabric?

Secondly, I also totally love that button rug in your sewing room. The floor reminds me of the floor in my first apartment I lived in all by myself. I think it's called parquet and it will always have such a special place in my heart. The button rug is so perfect for a sewing room.

And I am pretty proud of myself--I totally knew what baumquilt had to mean...when I was in college there was a funny boy in one of my classes. I just remembered it when I saw the name of your quilt. His name was Forest Baumhover (not sure of the spelling of his last name). But he was such a joking guy and told us all about his name, and I will always remember it was Forest Tree-Cutter!

    1. Haha, the parents of your classmate were creative! I hope he had a brother called Woody, too? ;) As for the Brrr quilt- yes, I think it´s maybe my 2nd with white in it. Usually I prefer linencolored fabrics as my neutrals. Let´s say that´s safer because _some_people might eat chocolate on the sofa (where we use most of the quilts to snuggle up). ;)
